I have learnt the importance of responsibilities in a work place and how to effectively work within a fast paced practice with a large team
I really enjoyed my programme, I have been thoroughly supported along the way and believe t was the best form of education for me.
It is very well structured, on my first week I was set out with a complete calendar of when each assignment was going to be due in from start to finish of my apprenticeship.
My employers are supportive they were a lot more supportive once my apprenticeship scheme reminded them of their role in my apprenticeship.
I have lots of meetings to review my progress and can ask to schedule a meeting upon my request based on any help I may need.
An apprenticeship is essentially learning on the job, by joining my apprenticeship it has enabled me to have in depth subject knowledge of task I have to carry out in practice.
We often have social events hewer the team will go out for dinner and it is essentially marked a steam bonding.
