Basic administrative tasks which involve some low level I.T knowledge to start with but becomes progressively in depth through the apprenticeship.
Significant amount of technical and I.T skills within my first 6 months
I enjoy the programme, as a mixture of time spent studying and working, I find this is the best way to learn for me personally. I find that I am not pushed significantly and have to be proactive to seek opportunities to gain more responsibility and tasks in my day to day role (however from speaking to other apprentices, this is not the case in each team)
Could be better supported from my employer, they have some good schemes where more experienced apprentices support the newer ones coming in.
Good level of support, very open to receiving questions and taking feedback on board
Definitely a good link between the education and my role, I felt much more confident within the first few months of working towards my qualification
Lots and lots of social events in London and sports clubs, less if you are outside of here though. Well organised
Yes
I haven't been at the company long enough to give a full recommendation or not
You will be a good fit for Vodafone if you are proactive, independent learner that enjoys taking their own initiative to seek out opportunities.
