My first responsibility is with regular reports, I have 5 regular reports on a Monday to complete, I also update Mailing Results, complete adhoc analysis delegated to me. I am the lead of the catalogue telesales forecasting as well.
I have learned how to use software like SQL, Power BI and SPSS. My Excel skills have improved and I have also learned a plethora of new words relating to the workplace.
I enjoy the content as this is something I enjoyed doing before, even in my spare time. There have been a few times where I have been very overwhelmed - also due to personal reasons - and so have lost some enjoyment and motivation as time goes on.
It is very well organised, there is a lot of leniency with due dates and there is a lot of support when I needed it. I have had a few problems with the safeguarding team however, as this was very unorganised.
I receive little personal support, but learning support is easily accessible.
I receive a lot of personal support due to my disability, and the DLC is very good at what he does and how he helps me. The resources are very good despite a few grammatical and spelling errors, although it's quite inconsistent with how the information is given. There are some that are lots of reading, some with videos and lectures, and some with lots of pictures.
It has helped a lot with the GDPR and other data handling requirements. I have had a lot of internal training with SQL, Excel and SPSS, but the fundamentals of data in each module has helped a lot.
Not really. There are a few single-event things such as social events and charity events.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you don't know the answer then it is better to ask than to not know.
