My role includes me speaking to customers daily and providing them with resolutions to a fault they may have whilst providing customer service.
Yeah one skill I have developed is my confidence has increased as sometimes I have to have difficult conversations with customers
I really enjoy it! My apprenticeship coach is extremely helpful with any questions I may have she always there to offer support
It is well structured
My team leader is always there to offer support and extra time to complete assignments if necessary
I receive a lot of support from my training provider who is always there to answer my questions
