Good experience, lots of calls to do but decent wait times. Good training, rarely feel unhelped or stuck as lots of experienced people will provide help.

Can be boring at times but still enjoyable long term.

Its a good starting place to get to a higher role and they invest in us in our gradual improvement.
Listen during gradbay, use all tools including rescue live lens extensively.
