Within my role I take calls regarding customer's technical issues. This may include issues with their broadband or landline. I'd use various systems to complete DPA with a customer, run line tests, check the customer's set up etc.
I have developed many skills so far, a few being active listening, time management and communication.
For the most part the programme has been good, I have picked up various skills and had the opportunity to develop myself further however it has been stressful at times.
I would say the organisation of my programme is okay
I have receive a range of support from my employer some examples may be: Coaching sessions, Team meetings and 1 to 1 reviews covering updates, improvements and feedback.
I receive an okay amount of support from my training provider, some examples may be 12 week reviews and monthly reviews covering task information, feedback, task related questions.
Throughout the course, it has recapped my knowledge on health and safety, helped me learn more about my organisation and allowed me to make and reflect on my goals.
At Plusnet, we have a few volunteering days each year. For example these can be used to participate in activities for charity.
