Learn a variety of tools and techniques for gathering business requirements and managing stakeholders
I enjoyed the programme, however at times I felt the workload felt overwhelming as an adult learner. the assignment that contributed to my overall portfolio of work seemed to be a large amount of work and certainly exceeded the suggestion time frame the provider advised it would take.
The programme was structured but as mentioned the suggested timeframes for how long each piece of work would take to complete was not realistic
Huge amount of support and guidance receive from my employer. My line manager was fantastic.
I had a very supportive and engaging DLC - Designated Learner Coach from QA. Who was available to contact and came back to me promptly with support and answers to my questions and queries.
The qualification has provided me with more confidence and allowed me to incorporate my learning into my role. For example - successful stakeholder management.
