  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoyed the programme, however at times I felt the workload felt overwhelming as an adult learner. the assignment that contributed to my overall portfolio of work seemed to be a large amount of work and certainly exceeded the suggestion time frame the provider advised it would take.

    • The programme was structured but as mentioned the suggested timeframes for how long each piece of work would take to complete was not realistic

    • Huge amount of support and guidance receive from my employer. My line manager was fantastic.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I had a very supportive and engaging DLC - Designated Learner Coach from QA. Who was available to contact and came back to me promptly with support and answers to my questions and queries.

    • The qualification has provided me with more confidence and allowed me to incorporate my learning into my role. For example - successful stakeholder management.

    • Yes there are various extra curricular activities to get involved in within Warrington Borough Council
