  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Payroll weekly input for multiple cleaners on multiple sites. Chasing client debt and once paid allocation on sage to invoice. Company credit card statement reconciliation and general finance spreadsheet admin.

  • All that I have learnt is new as I have only been doing it for 1 year 4 months. Prior job was completely different industry.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my course greatly, but do find it difficult allocating time for it and that it is not entirely easy to follow what provided spreadsheets to attach certain things to.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel the structure could be made more novice friendly but it is organized fairly well. Certain thing could be given more notice on eg. workshops.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager is very supportive with giving as much time as I need to my course (I just need to give myself more time and ask for help more). Do not like burdening people or sounding stupid.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Provider are very supportive and always asking to contact them if I need further assistance. I need to make more time

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is a lot to get my head around but once I have completed more of the course, I feel I will start to see an improvement, but feel it is too soon to see.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • This has been a new thing introduced in our company. A social committee has been created and events will be made monthly.

  • Yes

  • It is flexible with hybrid working, the staff are friendly and welcoming and it is a relax enviroment.
