Payroll weekly input for multiple cleaners on multiple sites. Chasing client debt and once paid allocation on sage to invoice. Company credit card statement reconciliation and general finance spreadsheet admin.
All that I have learnt is new as I have only been doing it for 1 year 4 months. Prior job was completely different industry.
I enjoy my course greatly, but do find it difficult allocating time for it and that it is not entirely easy to follow what provided spreadsheets to attach certain things to.
I feel the structure could be made more novice friendly but it is organized fairly well. Certain thing could be given more notice on eg. workshops.
My manager is very supportive with giving as much time as I need to my course (I just need to give myself more time and ask for help more). Do not like burdening people or sounding stupid.
Provider are very supportive and always asking to contact them if I need further assistance. I need to make more time
It is a lot to get my head around but once I have completed more of the course, I feel I will start to see an improvement, but feel it is too soon to see.
This has been a new thing introduced in our company. A social committee has been created and events will be made monthly.
