I've learnt lots of new skills and developed a lot of skills further like my MS Office skills as well as communication and general IT knowledge.
It's fun, it's still 'work' but when compared to what my friends are doing at the moment I am quite lucky.
Very much so! If you do something well, you do recieve recognition for it.
It was quite poorly structured to begin with as changes with the degree side of the apprenticeship but it's taken a lot better shape now.
A good amount, if I email my QA reviewer I can expect a reply quite sharpish.
If I ever do have an issue or need advice I know the right channels to go through.
Not very well... especially travel costs.
