The programme is stretching and challenging me to think more outside the box and look at innovative ways of improvement. I have learnt more about myself, how I work and how I manage others which has led to positively building relationships with my team and others in the business.
It is organised and structured well. I know when my learning sessions are and what I need to do from them. The sessions are interactive and take into account your preferred learning style. It has given me the opportunity to learn about other sectors in the business.
My line manager and mentor are very supportive. I am given opportunities to develop my skills further for example a presentation to demonstrate how I will decrease the number of learners going over their planned end date. I have daily checkins with my manager and monthly meetings with my mentor.
My training provider is my employer. I have access to a range of support materials including End Point Assessment. I am aware of the training provider who will complete my EPA and have access to their platform for any support I need.
I have become more confident and assertive. I now bring my ideas to the table. As I understand myself better, I am tapping into my strengths to support and develop others within my own team.
I can attend social events with certain key clients that I work with and can attend professional networking events that relate to my industry.
