Cleaning guests bedrooms and bathrooms on a daily basis and making sure they are up to brand standards for the guests, there are job of the day tasks we need to complete daily, take lost property to reception and talk and be professional to the guests around us.
I have become more confident in myself, help out the team, talk to guests and interacting more.
I do enjoy it but sometimes i get stressed out with it and want to quit it as i don't know what i want to do for a career in the future, trying to then find the time to do the work.
i reckon it is pretty good as i know where to find things
quite a bit when i am stuck she helps me, if i need more information then she will help me and send me links to where i can find the information, if things get to much for me she will sit down with me and talk with me
sometimes i would like more help with things but i do manage to do them on my own
i don't feel like it does, i have learnt new things for my role that i didn't know but learning more about some things relating to my job does help
no just Christmas when we get together and have a meal or a bit of fun as a team.
