Very poor. I have worked through the program too quickly and my work has not been marked on time.
My employer has been more supportive than Paragon.
I don't feel supported by Paragon and have made a formal complaint in the past.

My assessor has been changed 3 times. Each has had differing approaches. My latest assessor introduced themselves then went on annual leave leaving me stuck with work waiting to be marked.
Anderida are a great company to work for but don't do your Diploma through Paragon!
