Caring for the young children , making sure all the children needs are met. Show them good role model. Team working together as a team Ensure that all the children appointments are all up to date. Encouraging the children to go into to school, help and support the children to complete their homework.
I have learnt new skills at work, I have learnt to always ask for help if I need any help. I always remember to always to write everything down. I always learnt that they are different ways with helping and supporting each child as they are all different. I have also learnt to make sure all the children needs are met
I really enjoy the programme. I am also able to reflect on my day to day work. Take down some notes and gain more knowledge and information. Doing assignments also helps me to still remember the basic. I enjoy the programs as he helps me to improve in my English work and maths
It s very good as the it helps to work around the days that I am working and is off

The trainer will always ensure to ask her for help by sending her emails where she take time to go throughly the work step by step
