Working on the job is a good process but the university degree isn't ideal
It could be better however overall it is okay

I receive support as and when I need it and ask for it.
It doesn't really as I learn better by doing the actual work, rather than someone telling me how to do it in a different way. The way we've been taught is different to the current processes.
