Support worker - ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities are able to live their lives to the fullest. This involves personal care, cooking meals, daily living skills, medication administration, activities, attending health related appointments and creating goals for individuals to achieve
Yes - i have become more educated in admin related things, like safeguarding, medication, support plans
I enjoy my programme, although i have been through some difficult times at home preventing me from developing as much as i would like
Its very well organised and structured, no changes needed from my point of view
I get as much support that my employer is able to give me. I am allowed time at work to complete parts of my apprenticeship
My training provider is extremely helpful and is able to help me on most occasions

No there is not, but we do have social events for special occasions (like christmas)
