I had a business administration role, which included general paperwork and internal/external communications. I also had the responsibility of managing external stakeholders and the completion of tasks requested internally by staff of the company.
I have developed my communication skills significantly, as well as my organisation and academic learning skills. The communication skills also went hand in hand with the development of my interpersonal skills.
I greatly enjoyed the programme as it was the perfect mix of hands on learning and online learning. I feel like there was not too much pressure and my apprenticeship were very supportive throughout the whole process, from start to end.
The level 3 business administration course was extremely well organised, and I had everything at my fingertips through onefile. I also was able to ask my apprenticeship trainer if I had any questions and this was very useful.
I received an extraordinary amount of support from my employer and apprenticeship provider. They worked together to make sure I was supported well throughout the experience and any concerns that I had were immediately addressed. I have been so impressed by the amount of support I have received.
I was also working towards my level 2 maths and English qualifications, and my training provider even arranged for me to have tuition for these exams, which was so useful for making sure that I pass.
Completing my maths and English qualifications helped to develop my written and numeracy skills to a point that I could apply them to my job role, and this made day to day activities even easier.
There were always extra curricular activities and social events at the work place, such as Christmas parties and my colleagues and I would regularly get together and meet after work to wind down. This helped me have a really good work life balance.
Yes
Inspire ATA have supported me so much throughout my entire apprenticeship, and even though I took an extended leave from working, they made my transition to working extremely easy. They even continued to support me after my apprenticeship and I can not find a fault within the way they carried out my apprenticeship.
I would recommend applying without hesitation, as I don’t think I would have been able to complete an apprenticeship if it was not with Inspire ATA, they never gave up on me even when I felt like I was struggling, but they gave me enough support that I felt I was more than capable to finish my apprenticeship and exams.
