General Teacher Assistant and 1-1 support. I help teachers when needed and look after Sen children in the morning 9/10
I have developed the skill of working with Sen children. Also being able to lead my own group
I enjoy the programme a lot since I am able to learn and be practical at the same time
It is well organised as my mentor checks up on me every other week and makes sure I know that she is available at whatever time.
I do receive a lot of support as my mentor does not allow me to leave any meeting with the feeling of uncertainty
Working towards my qualifications is a breeze as I am given tasks and example models with each assignment
It does help me perform better in my role as I've learnt about safeguarding and I did not know about it before joining the programme
Yes there are action rams which are to do with the outrights that I lead and other sports clubs
Yes
They are a friendly team that are easy to speak to. They make sure you are given extra time between both practical work and assignments. They make sure you stay within task within a time frame
If you do feel bombarded with the beginning pressure. They always want the best for you. It's all worth it in the end
