My day to day role involves running a department within an Amazon warehouse, managing the process and the staff. Holding HR meetings, performance reviews and ensuring the workplace is safe
I have developed my intrapersonal skills and learnt how to manage people
The uni side was enjoyable, with the majority of lectures being engaging
The programme is well structured and fits around work demands
Not enough, nowhere near enough time off the job to study, treated like a normal employee not an apprentice who has other responsibilities not just work
