My role is Home Administrator. On a daily basis i create and update spread sheets, file paper work, meet and great visiors. My role is to ensure all staff and residents records are up to date. All banking is correctly imputted and updated, and all filing is complete.
I have learnt alot in Maths and English and i am continuing to learn and grow within my job role.
I enjoy the learning and the support that i get from my tutor gives me confidence to constantly progress.
The program set out on the onefile is great and with her help she has talked me through what exactly needs to be completed.
My Employer has supported me with starting the apprencticeship and has allowed me to set my work to one side so that i have the correct amount of time to complete the tasks that have been set for me.
My training provider has shown huge support. I can contact her whenever i need her and nothing is too much to ask.
The knowledge that i have learnt so far and continue to learn has made me feel more confident in my job role.
Within the enviroment i work there is not events that involve my job role.

Realise is a great, i have onoly just began my learning journey but already feel supported and confident for the future.
