I support managers as well as other areas of work such as the Business Support Unit. I help them with deliveries, phone calls, collecting/collating data and other tasks that are outside of the office.
I have learnt how MS65 apps, such as excel formulas work to collect data easily and I've gained more experience of note taking and listening from attending monthly meetings.
I enjoy it very much. My talent coach and line manager helps me a lot with the programme.
It's very organised and well-structured.
A lot of support. They have helped me come up with what my project should be.
I receive a good amount of support. They aid me with any questions or difficulties I have throughout my apprenticeship.
The courses that they provide me has made me gain a better understanding of how I act around situations e.g. how to be better at listening during meetings, how to deliver a good presentation.
There's engagement activities that allow us to work together as a team. I'm involved with creating a monthly notice board to celebrate any events during the month. We also have guitar & gigs clubs and swimming competitions.
Yes
I believe that it'll be beneficial to them as well as gaining valuable experiences that will be helpful to apply in future job roles.
Working as a team is better than working alone. It's much more fun and gets the job done quicker.
