Youth support apprentice Review

I support young people everyday in our Nuture room and our personal guidance lessons, this can be with emotional support or academic support

I’ve learnt so much doing this apprenticeship, I’ve learnt how to have a deeper understand of young people, what they go through and their needs, I’ve developed a better understand of autism, ADHD, asd etc Patience Adaptability

I love the placement, it’s so fun and rewarding, The content/training is relevant and knowledgeable, it really helps with my day to day work

Very organised and also clear

I receive support from everyone involved in my apprenticeship, my line manager, staff at the agency, my training provider and all the staff at my placement, whenever I need help they are always there to support

Whenever I require help my tutor is there straight away to support

It’s very knowledgeable and relevant to my job, it makes my life and also the young for when I’m supporting them and understanding their needs
