My role is to support the Registered Care Manager with the day to day running of the office. I support with recruitment, sourcing new packages, supervisions, appraisals and chasing up purchase orders. I liaise with Social Workers, GPs and other professionals via emails and on the phone too. I am in charge of the smooth running of the office and business when my manager is not working.
I have learned more information regarding radicalisation and the how vulnerable people are targeted and groomed.
