As a senior lead I am to ensure all staff are aware of their duties and ensure tasks are being completed. To ensure staff are accurately documenting interactions with service users. Ensuring staffs training is up to date and provide support where needed.
I have gained more knowledge and skills in regards to the 6 C’s and have gained more confidence by taking part in workshops.
I really enjoyed the layout of the bud website. I find it easy to identify the tasks that need doing first. I also enjoy taking part in the online workshops as this has provided me with a lot more knowledge and understanding.
I love that they only allocate one unit at a time and provide you with the date that it is due to be completed. However, with working full-time I sometimes feel put under pressure by the due date.

Training providers have been great and I find my tutor meetings really helpful.
