  • As a senior lead I am to ensure all staff are aware of their duties and ensure tasks are being completed. To ensure staff are accurately documenting interactions with service users. Ensuring staffs training is up to date and provide support where needed.

  • I have gained more knowledge and skills in regards to the 6 C’s and have gained more confidence by taking part in workshops.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed the layout of the bud website. I find it easy to identify the tasks that need doing first. I also enjoy taking part in the online workshops as this has provided me with a lot more knowledge and understanding.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I love that they only allocate one unit at a time and provide you with the date that it is due to be completed. However, with working full-time I sometimes feel put under pressure by the due date.

  • my employer provides lots of support and will guide me through anything I need help with.

  • Training providers have been great and I find my tutor meetings really helpful.

  • My qualification is providing me with a huge amount of knowledge that I am able to use within my role.

  • Yes

  • I love my job role and being able to support service users without having to perform personal care which I feel has created a more enjoyable relationship.
