Oracle R12, spreadsheets, training providers, i am part of the training team which is a very busy little team however we manage.
Yes I have managed to learn the whole R12 service regarding putting information onto the system and meeting time deadlines to a high and respectable standard. Also my attention to detail has improved massively and I will like this is improving more and more each day.
I really enjoy my programme.
It is well structured, I wish I could just be closer to my apprenticeship provider that I am doing my course work with. instead of this all being online as it can be fairly tricky.
I receive lot of support from my Line Manager and other colleagues. They are all really welcoming and understanding. I feel like this helps me massively.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider however I feel that it would be even better if we did the apprenticeship work at the college or sixth form our course is taking place at.
i think it helps me to preform better in my role as I have had internal and external knowledge given to me to be able to be the best I can be in my day to day job.
No this is not an option. However there are residentials that make place for the early careers team.
