I work as a receptionist at a hotel, so on the daily I am answering phone calls, checking guests in and out, making reservations, taking payments from guets and answering emails.
I have gained much more confidence while conversing with customers, both face to face and over the phone, and I now have a much greater under of how to complete my job in relation to working at reception
I do enjoy this program greatly as I find that the people I work with are very helpful and supportive
The place I work at is very well organised, each department communicated with each other well and we do not have many issues
My employers are very helpful and are constantly inquiring about my thoughts on this job and also reminding me of completing tasks when I forget
My training provider is very good at giving advice for all of my work and is very helpful in regards to any improvements I can make
It allows me a greater understanding of how to complete my job by giving me a.more in-depth analysis on what my day-to-day work actually does in the long run
