  • I work as a receptionist at a hotel, so on the daily I am answering phone calls, checking guests in and out, making reservations, taking payments from guets and answering emails.

  • I have gained much more confidence while conversing with customers, both face to face and over the phone, and I now have a much greater under of how to complete my job in relation to working at reception

  • I do enjoy this program greatly as I find that the people I work with are very helpful and supportive

  • The place I work at is very well organised, each department communicated with each other well and we do not have many issues

  • My employers are very helpful and are constantly inquiring about my thoughts on this job and also reminding me of completing tasks when I forget

  • My training provider is very good at giving advice for all of my work and is very helpful in regards to any improvements I can make

  • It allows me a greater understanding of how to complete my job by giving me a.more in-depth analysis on what my day-to-day work actually does in the long run

  • I would recommend to constantly upload your working hours as it is easy to backslide, and to always spend some time completing your assignents
