I take care of the boxes that arrive to Softcat Marlow and email the appropriate people to make them aware. I put all necessary information on a spreadsheet. I also ship said items to different places for people.
I have learnt how to be efficient. I have displayed this by booking collections for my colleagues on the same day as requested to enable the process of an RMA to be completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I enjoy the programme however I find the 2 hour calls not as beneficial as working individually. I do enjoy the social aspect of the calls and I enjoy the structures of the 1-1.
The modules are helpful however some could be more beneficial at different points of the programme. Such as having managing priorities closer to the start. This would help increase efficiency.
I receive a lot of support from my manager. We have bi-weekly 1-1 to catch up and she is always available if you need help or just to chat.
I receive sufficient support from my training provider. out how I need to improve and how I have been getting on. I get sufficient feedback for me to be able to take on board.
I am constantly learning new skills and tricks which help me improve in my role. The tips we get help increase productivity and motivate me to do more.
There are plenty of extra-curricular activities. Such as through the different networking channels there are events for LGBTQ+ an d for Women in business. There is a womens and mens football team and more.
