Reviewing benefit claims and making sure claimants have declared correctly, requesting information and conducting interviews with them.
Yes, learned several skills such as active listening, understanding stakeholders and keen ability for report writing,
I enjoy the programme, the only issue is trying to manage with your own work so can take time to juggle both.
It is organised well, I know who I need to contact if I need support whether it is my manger or my TDO for work or apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of support, when I was struggling with my apprenticeship, my teamleader allowed me to have additional days to get it completed.
With my current TDO, she provides me a lot of support and round the clock contact if I need any more help or need something breaking down simpler.
I believe it is already helped me in my current role as it has allowed me to develop skills when speaking to customers as well as other stakeholders.
I don't think there are activity's, but I am a part of the wellbeing team which seeks to support everyone's mental health .
