  • Reviewing benefit claims and making sure claimants have declared correctly, requesting information and conducting interviews with them.

  • Yes, learned several skills such as active listening, understanding stakeholders and keen ability for report writing,

  • I enjoy the programme, the only issue is trying to manage with your own work so can take time to juggle both.

  • It is organised well, I know who I need to contact if I need support whether it is my manger or my TDO for work or apprenticeship.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support, when I was struggling with my apprenticeship, my teamleader allowed me to have additional days to get it completed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • With my current TDO, she provides me a lot of support and round the clock contact if I need any more help or need something breaking down simpler.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe it is already helped me in my current role as it has allowed me to develop skills when speaking to customers as well as other stakeholders.

  • I don't think there are activity's, but I am a part of the wellbeing team which seeks to support everyone's mental health .

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a good pension, pay is good and a good apprenticeship programme to help you develop.

  • Have a look online to the success profile and trying to answer the questions in relation to that as well as your experiences.
