I enjoy it very much, lots of challenge but in a good way

The right level, not too much but they are there when I need help

The right amount as well, doesn't feel overbearing but they are there when I ask for help.

I have found that my learning enables me to have better more meaningful discussions around impact of projects as well as better tools to plan and manage them

Prepare you interview questions and don't forget to use the STAR model when giving examples.
