My role is a teaching assistant in a Send classroom. During my time at the school I help calm students assist the teacher in lesson plans and help the class split into groups depending on their needs
Yes I have learnt how to safeguard children properly and how to help a teach in a very efficient way
I enjoy it very much it is a fun experience
The programme is very organised. They have different ways I can access my work at all times without getting confused
I get a lot of support. If I am ever struggling with work load or with anything at home they help me a lot
I get as much support as they can give me if I ever have a question or concern about my training they will help me out a lot

Because it is a very efficient and easy way to get a qualification and they are very supportive to get you to where you need to go
