I help my class teachers, work with the class and with small groups of students to help teach.
I’ve built my confidence and learnt many new skills which will be relevant in my future as a teaching assistant.
I really enjoy my programme as it gives me experience and I am always learning new skills everyday.
My programme is very well organised.
I receive lots of support from my employer and I am never afraid to ask for support or help.
I receive lots of support from my training provider and there is always people to ask if I need support or help.
My training provider provides me with courses and programmes to help me perform better in my role.
There are many opportunists for me to join in social activities.
