I work as a TA in a secondary school and support in lessons and facilitate interventions.
Through my training I have learnt more about safeguarding, the curriculum and behaviour. In my day to day I have learnt how to best support students education in and outside of lessons. I have improved in confidence and public speaking.
I enjoy my job as I learn new things everyday and get to learn more about what I do day to day through my apprenticeship training.
My manager and tutor are always very easy and quick to contact and communicate well with my manager on site.
My employer is always available to text, call, email or meet whenever i have any questions and is very supportive.
My tutor meets with me regularly to help with my assignments and practice for my end point assesment.
My qualification helps me to know and understand what I am doing in my job and supports me to be more effective in my role.
