My role is to support SEN children with their education and to assist with target work and day to day routine
I have learnt and am still learning how to sign in makaton due to the majority of our students are non verbal
I fully enjoy the program. My placement is wonderful. My line manager is always there and my tutor is great
It’s very organised. The timeframe works out well
I receive a lot of support from every member from my placement to the people at inspire
I receive a lot of support due to having meeting every 2 weeks to catch up with work and to submit assignments
It’s given me a lot more knowledge in the sen sector of education and more insight to what happens in the background
There have been staff socials where all campuses of the trust get together and have a fun time
Yes
I have had such a good time throughout the apprenticeship and it’s a great way to gain a new qualification
Do it! It was the best decision I have made to hopefully start my career
