  • My role is to support SEN children with their education and to assist with target work and day to day routine

  • I have learnt and am still learning how to sign in makaton due to the majority of our students are non verbal

  • I fully enjoy the program. My placement is wonderful. My line manager is always there and my tutor is great

  • It’s very organised. The timeframe works out well

  • I receive a lot of support from every member from my placement to the people at inspire

  • I receive a lot of support due to having meeting every 2 weeks to catch up with work and to submit assignments

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It’s given me a lot more knowledge in the sen sector of education and more insight to what happens in the background

  • There have been staff socials where all campuses of the trust get together and have a fun time

  • Yes

  • I have had such a good time throughout the apprenticeship and it’s a great way to gain a new qualification

  • Do it! It was the best decision I have made to hopefully start my career
