My job role is site maintenance I work in a school and assist with keeping the school running, nice and smoothly such as making sure heating's working, keep toilet paper stocked doing all the routine checks and fixing various things around the school.
I have gained a multitude of different skills like electrician work, plumbing, painting and handiwork
I enjoy my programme a lot it is made well and easy to follow
Very well structured with enough time between lessons and time to be on site and learn more skills while working.
I receive a lot, when the help is needed it is always available and they are very friendly.
I receive an amazing amount of support when reaching for my qualifications just whenever I need help they are always able to help me and give me structured advice.
I feel like the qualification helps a lot in my role because I am gaining an real hand on experience towards the earned through the qualification.
We often do sporting events like basketball, badminton & football occasionally.
Yes
Because I think the people within the company are very nice and transparent and always willing to help guide and give advice when needed.
I would say to be very open and try to communicate with everyone you have the chance to and take in all the knowledge you can.
