Working with children with disabilities. Teaching them life skills as well as maths and literacy. Sometimes it can be difficult due to physical situation where we can be hurt, but having a relationship with the children really helps.
Building relationships with many people. Communication skills with disability people. Feeling a lot more confident within myself and speaking to people.
I really enjoy my programme.
Very well. Inspire always make sure we are doing well.
A lot of support, in person and over the phone. No matter if it’s personal or professional.
I have received a lot of support, due to things out of work they have helped me a lot with course work due days and checking on me weekly.
I feel that the qualification will take me a long way in my career and this is just the start.
Yes we have a lot of social events and fun activities.
Yes
I would recommend inspire as I haven’t had one issue at all since I’ve started my job role. They have supported me with everything I have needed. My line manager is amazing with what extent he will go to just to make sure we are all happy.
Just go for it.
