In a call centre answering calls from guests and their queries, feedback, experience and any bookings they wish to make
Have learnt the reasoning we speak in a certain tone, how we can better ourselves and how and why everything we do has an overall importance to keep our existing guests and how we continue to increase our performance as a company too
The modules are laid out in easy categories that cover our job role. The wider business and keeps the knowledge moving forward with interest
It is very well structured and is portioned in different modules that link to the next
If there is information I need and cannot find the answer on our share point then I can ask any colleague, manager and they will help explain how as a company we do what we do. Very supportive and encouraging.
There are so many options to contact aptem on any query and they have regular catch ups and cover any areas I am unsure of.
Personal development is always a better way that you can be the best of yourself. Gaining a qualification not only benefits yourself but also benefits your team.
We have started a quiz night open to all at the support centre. Fundraising for our great ormond street. Way to meet other colleagues under a different setting.
