Calling and messaging customers, relationship and project management
People skills, IT skills . How to present and understand the customer.
A lot, get on well with colleagues enjoy the work even though it can be hard.
Well organised, everybody has confidence in what they're doing and what they're talking about.
Lots, went to multiple company nights out and events and learned a lot. Everybody has the company ethos in mind at almost all times
I don't have certainty on where I want to go but through this experience I know I'd like to stay at Softcat and/or work within a similar industry
