My role involves supporting the project planner on my current project in gathering information around progress on project scope. I also sometimes update these things myself to gain independent experience and confidence.
Yes, I have developed skills in multiple areas which I would not have been able to do without BBK.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship.
Very well organised in the workplace, college would be better if it was more structured if i’m honest.
I couldn’t ask for more, it was not great when I first started but since my line manager switch things have improved. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate but on the whole I like my relationship with LM.
It could be better tbh.
I don’t feel like it correlates majorly.
We don’t have any social events to get involved in, I would prefer it if we did tbh as it would build relationships with people in the environment. We don’t get to do enough things as a team.
