Yes, welding, electrical work, robotics, pneumatics, use of Globe, build new relationships and working with a wide range of people
I really enjoy the program, each day is different and I am constantly learning, working with new people in different areas and on different equipment.
Very well structured, added to a planner whee I am given work on a daily basis. I am set targets and have regular check ins with my manager and trainers on site.
Continued support at work, greeted each day and asked about work and how I feel within myself. I always feel like i have someone i can ask when needed.
Relatively good support, more contact would be nice but i am given clear targets
Gives us the basic knowledge so that i can build on that at work
