My role is to make a serve our customers with a smile every time while also training new crew and also experienced crew whilst still following the make it promise with every guest
I have learnt more leadership skills and developed my existing customer service skills to a higher level I have also learnt training skills and styles whilst on my apprenticeship and working at McDonald's
I really really really enjoy the program because it's suited to my needs and the support is so good it couldn't be better
My program is extremely organised and structured to me I have a learning plan which is month by month allowing me to work at my pace and speed
I receive tremendous support from my employer this includes so much support inside and outside of work
I couldn't receive anymore support if I wished from my training provider they are always on hand throughout my program answering any questions and queries throughout
I feel my qualification through my training provider supports me to perform better by putting my knowledge and skills I've learnt into practice at work as well as training. Others in the skills

Because the support they offer while working for them is so good it couldn't be any better it's like a family
