Role is varied, every day is different. From reactive work to routine maintenance.
I have learnt new skills during my time at Make UK and developed existing skills both on site and at the training provider.
I enjoy the programme, although some units are repetitive.
The organisation at Make UK could be better. But overall it appears to be well structured.
I receive a great deal of support from the New Talent team and my line manager.
They provide sufficient support, although more structured and theoretical training would be beneficial.
Teaches new skills required for day to day tasks on site.
There are various networking events. I have participated in multiple open days and evenings for apprenticeships.
