supporting the sales person through the middle of the sales cycle, sourcing products services and softwares, adding into our CRM to quote and send to the customer. maintaining customer relationship and account manager relationships.
Skills i have learnt revolve around customer relationships, professional communications and time management
i enjoy the program and enjoyed the residential whilst i also found them useful
we have a set amount of time to be able to complete apprentice projects as well as work in your role
our apprentice managers are extremely knowledgeable around the programme and are really helpful around projects, if there's anything additional you need they give you the resources and time you need to help
In the past week whilst submitting all of my projects they have made time for daily calls to go through next steps and further amendments to have my work submitted by my desired date
the knowledge gained from the providers courses really help with me with my day to day in negotiating with distributors and speaking to customers
there are focus groups available to all interested and other social groups for hobbies and sports. And plenty of chances to go to networking events
