I don't get given a lot/if any work to do even if I have asked for it. There is a lot of watching videos and looking a documents.
I have learnt about data collection and effective task prioritisation. I have learnt a small bit about site safety
I don't enjoy it
In my opinion, the early careers course they do is well structured, but currently I feel my apprenticeship is not well organised or structured
This changes due to how busy others are but overall I received a decent amount of support
They are supportive, easy to contact
I don't believe it has helped yet. I feel my role and this qualification don't have much in common

My experience being an apprentice with balfour beatty hasn't been a positive one. I feel I have been left alone, not given much work to do so am unable to progress and feel the course I have been put on doesn't relate much to my role.
Apply to another company, the level of the apprenticeship changed from a level 6 to a level 4 when I joined so make sure you know what you are signing up for
