I am being trained to be a multi skilled engineer which involves mechanical, electrical and machining skills to complete tasks around my factory
Yes I have but have not learned enough of what should be given to me
I enjoy the work when I get to do it but my place of work can be made difficult or a struggle
The organization is not good and I have had to push myself for a lot of things to get done and still might not see a solution
I am supported only when i explain what I should be being supported in
Being trained by good and helpful people as the engineers mostly want to help me and the college I go to try to help us all
I have learned a lot since joining and will progress even more with the correct training
Some events for family
No
Because if I knew I wouldn’t be getting access to what I need to learn in order to be multi skilled from the start It may of changed my mind for example I have no access to any machining type equipment such as lathe and milling and have done minimal electrical work
Understand the role more before going and maybe not start here
