My day to day tasks include working closely with the broker and creating documents for clients to show they are on cover

The tasks set by Davies were really tedious and sometimes it took about 5 months for my work to be marked. Everything to do with Aon was amazing the only downfall was the Davies platform
With Aon the programme is really well structured however it is isn't very organisaed
There is so much support which my employer offer to me
Not a lot of support was given. I found it hard to get in to contact with my coach where i wasn't get a response. Also it takes about 5 months for work to be marked by the training provider
It has given me the confidence to grow and develop my career
