Public speaking, excel skills (new). Essay writing for exams (existing)
I enjoy the programme as I can see clear career goals and get to learn on the job. However the exams are quite difficult to complete at such an early stage in my career.
It is very well structured and organized, but the timings are quite aspirational in terms of completing the exams quickly.
Lots of support is available!
If you ask you can receive 1-to-1 support with modules for exams you are struggling with, so the support is good.
I think it helps to give me technical knowledge, which makes my role easier to understand.
I am involved in the charity committee for my office which I really enjoy, and I am also part of the pride alliance group.
Yes
It is a very supportive environment and there are good career options. The culture is great and I think the people that work here are so lovely!
Just be yourself, and take time to complete your application thoroughly.
