I enjoy my program, there is a lot to do so your always busy. I have learnt a lot and grown throughout this program both in the work place and as a person.
Program is structured well, need more support with exams. I feel going to a classroom and having face to face leaning would be better as I find it hard to teach myself.
I receive a lot of support from Aon and they allow me to have days off for studying. They are also flexible with having days off. They give you opportunities to meet clients and go out with clients on days out.
Receive a good amount but they do put a lot of pressure on you and I feel sometimes they forget that we actually work and are really busy with renewals.
I don't think the qualification has had a huge effect on the role. A few of the learning modules in the CII help build basic knowledge but 95% of my knowledge has all been through Aon and learning on the job.
There is all social events, sports teams and networking events. I have only attended networking events and social activities.
