A great team of people who's only goal is the development of their learners. I have been fully supported during my induction. My trainers are very knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend Realise to anyone.
I have so far been able to develop my existing skills and am currently developing new skills that will help me in my role. It's early days but feeling very confident.
Really enjoying it. The curriculum is very engaging and the team of trainers are knowledgeable about the course.
So far the curriculum feels very structured and follows a logical flow.
My employer is 100% committed to to my course and provides lots of time for me to complete work.
My training provider is always on hand to assist me. They respond quickly to my questions.

Staff are always invited to help with events which promotes team building. Regular staff meetings and opportunity to share good practice. Christmas parties/gathering are always encouraged and funded.

They have a good work ethos. They consider staff needs and have a fantastic work life balance.
Be open and honest. Ask questions and ensure you do plenty of research as they work in many different sectors.
