Day to day running of the store , looking at metrics ( Times , Food Cost , Labour cost ) working shoulder to should with shift leaders to embed new behaviours & embed training systems

Really enjoy , the blend of learning - skills days , webinars , face to face with mentor. & digital learning

Lifetime provides assistance where needed , and there is lots of information available , mentors are helpful & assist where needed

It will allow me to have a more holistic view of the business and allow to me bring changes forward to push the business forward

McDonalds is a fantastic employer , works around other needs ( EG : uni , college , family commitments ) There is also ways to progress with-in the business
