Day to day running of the store , looking at metrics ( Times , Food Cost , Labour cost ) working shoulder to should with shift leaders to embed new behaviours & embed training systems
Increased knowledge of financials
Really enjoy , the blend of learning - skills days , webinars , face to face with mentor. & digital learning
Really well , every section is in order & works alongside webinars / skills days

Lifetime provides assistance where needed , and there is lots of information available , mentors are helpful & assist where needed
