  • My role is to support my allocated team with the day-to-day processes. This includes compiling comparable evidence, maintaining client relationships, completing solo viewings.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to successfully develop and nurture relationships with both client and internal individuals. I have also further developed my ability to effectively manage my time and prioritise tasks. Additionally, I have become more confident when completing tasks that are of a more technical nature.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying my programme. The support offered is really good. The teaching is of a high quality and all the module leaders are approachable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is really well organised - I can contact my outcomes officer very easily and I am always met with a very helpful reply. I feel that the workload is manageable alongside my day to day job and my team is really accommodating of my studying.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is very supportive - all the graduates are made aware of all the additional support resources available to us. All my team members respect my study day and also show an interest in my studies.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is extremely supportive. There are multiple work shops, both internally and externally that I am invited to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The modules that I have completed have been extremely beneficial to my day to day role. They have allowed me to develop my technical knowledge and also apply it within the workplace.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I am involved with a Women in Property group, which holds regular networking events. I am also involved in the graduate networking events.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company is really supportive of graduates and there are so many within the cohort that you can make some really great friends. There are lots of training days offered and networking opportunities, which will be beneficial as I continue my career in the property industry.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • Find an area of the business that you are particularly interested and read up on it! Show enthusiasm for the scheme and tailor your CV to the role!
