Provide 24 hour care to a gentleman with a tracheostomy, flow button, in a wheelchair. Ordering Medication Arranging appointments Restocking Monitoring health and wellbeing with regular contact with all professionals. Driving to appointments and shopping Community trainer for my peers. Inputting and amending requirements and medication. Organising personal day to day requirements.
